Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between Chillz N.L.E Ltd ("Chillz", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "User"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the required age, you may not use the Services under any circumstances.
2. Description of Services
Chillz provides an online platform through which:
- Buyers can discover, explore, and purchase tickets to events.
- Event Organizers ("Organizers") can create, manage, and sell tickets to events.
Chillz acts as an intermediary platform connecting Buyers and Organizers. Chillz is not the organizer or producer of any event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Each event is the sole responsibility of its respective Organizer.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately at support@chillzapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. This includes any actions taken by third parties using your account credentials.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We decide to discontinue all or part of the Services (with at least 45 days' notice for no-cause termination).
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@chillzapp.com. Termination will take effect within 1 business day of our receipt of your request. Account termination does not relieve you of any obligations arising from transactions completed before termination.
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1 Purchasing Process
When you purchase a ticket through the Services:
- You are entering into a transaction with the Organizer, not with Chillz.
- Ticket availability, pricing, and terms are set by the Organizer.
- Chillz's service fee is included in the displayed ticket price unless otherwise stated.
- Your purchase is confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of a purchase confirmation.
4.2 Ticket Purchases Requiring Approval
Some Organizers may require approval before completing a ticket purchase. In these cases:
- Your payment method may be authorized (but not charged) at the time of the order.
- If the Organizer approves your order, your payment will be processed.
- If the Organizer rejects your order, the authorization will be released and you will not be charged.
4.3 Pricing
Ticket prices are set by the Organizer and may include applicable taxes, fees, and service charges. All prices are displayed in the local currency of the platform (ILS for Chillz Israel). Prices may change at any time prior to purchase, but changes will not affect completed transactions.
4.4 Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed on the platform. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the source of funds is lawful.
We use PCI-compliant payment processors. Chillz does not store your full payment card details.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated by the Organizer, the following default cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation is permitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the event date.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be the purchase amount minus a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of 5% of the purchase amount or NIS 100.
- Cancellations outside the permitted window are not eligible for a refund.
Organizers may set their own cancellation and refund policies, which will be displayed at the time of purchase. The Organizer's policy, if specified, takes precedence over the default policy.
5.2 Event Cancellations and Changes
- If an Organizer cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
- If an Organizer makes a material change to the event (e.g., date, venue, or headliner change), you may request a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
- Chillz is not liable for event cancellations or changes made by Organizers.
5.3 Requesting a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@chillzapp.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Event Organizers
6.1 Organizer Responsibilities
If you use the Services as an Organizer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete event information.
- Deliver the event as described and fulfill all ticket obligations.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing, safety, accessibility, and consumer protection.
- Promptly notify Chillz and ticket holders of any material changes or cancellations.
- Process refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy and applicable law.
6.2 Chillz as Intermediary
Chillz acts solely as an intermediary between Organizers and Buyers. Chillz does not:
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any event.
- Guarantee the accuracy of event listings.
- Assume responsibility for event production, execution, or cancellation.
6.3 Payouts
Chillz will transfer funds collected from ticket sales to Organizers in accordance with the applicable payout schedule and fee structure, as agreed separately between Chillz and each Organizer. Chillz reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is a dispute, suspected fraud, or pending refund obligations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Create false identities, multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
- Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Chillz or any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or Chillz's systems.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our prior written consent.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including ticket scalping in violation of applicable law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or impose an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Circumvent or disable any security, authentication, or access control features of the Services.
Chillz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Chillz's Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Chillz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
8.2 User Content
By submitting content through the Services (event listings, images, descriptions, etc.), you grant Chillz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHILLZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT ON THE SERVICES.
- THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Chillz does not warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any event, ticket, or Organizer.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- CHILLZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHILLZ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- CHILLZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
- CHILLZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR DEFAULTS OF EVENT ORGANIZERS, INCLUDING EVENT CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, OR FAILURE TO DELIVER SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chillz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Any content you submit through the Services.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Communication and Notices
13.1 Communications from Chillz
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from Chillz (e.g., order confirmations, event updates, account notifications) via email, SMS, or push notifications. You may also opt in to receive marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
13.2 Notices
All legal notices must be sent to Chillz at support@chillzapp.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Services or by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect (or such longer period as required by applicable law).
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and close your account.
15. Modifications to the Services
Chillz may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Discontinuance of the Services shall not give rise to any liability to Chillz, except that existing obligations with respect to completed transactions will survive.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chillz regarding the Services.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Chillz's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Chillz may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
17.5 Force Majeure
Chillz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or internet disruptions.

For the purpose of these Terms, "Business Day" means any day that is not Friday, Saturday, or a day on which banks in Israel are closed.
